About Island Auto Haven

Island Auto Haven LLC had been a part-time business since 2008. We opened up full time at a home-based 3 bay shop in April 2014. Since then business and interest in our great community has grown and led to us opening a new multi-use facility on Route 2 in Grand Isle August 2018! We now offer most Automotive Repair Services, a Full-Service Collision Center, Motorcycle Sales and Service, and Towing Service!

Owner Shawn Mercy is an ASE certified Master Technician with L1 Level Advanced Engine Performance certifications. He had previously been employed by Essex Automotive Services for 13 years. Prior experience was with local Chrysler and Saturn dealers. He previously graduated from Vermont Technical College with a degree in Automotive Technology and a Minor in Architectural Engineering.
